I think they just settled something with Itunes in February but the songs are not available online yet and won't be until next year probably:http://uk.news.yahoo.com/pocketli/20...f-57dbc65.html

No they don't. Your best bet is to download something like limewire and get your music for free. The Beatles management company has not given Itunes permission to release and sell their music to people through itunes. The most you'll find is a tribute band. Good luck.

The Beatles had been involved with a lawsuit against Apple Corporation over the name "Apple" for years. That was the name of the Beatles' production company as well. They recently settled, but it will take some time before all the kinks are worked out fo the agreement and Beatles music becomes available on iTunes. In any case, that is why they are not currently there. You didn't just miss them!I'd be careful about using Limewire or any of the free places. The industry is cracking down on illegal downloads. Thousands of people this year alone have been fined for using limewire, being charged thousands of dollars. You could be next!

No, they don't. If you want their songs, you'll just have to buy them the old-fashioned way- get in your car and go to the store and buy the CD's. Or you could order them off Amazon.com. Then when you have their CD's, you can copy them to your ipod.
