Have you seen apple Flappie widget evolve?

I have the apple widget - Flappie, and it's supposed to evolve over time. Has anyone ever seen this happen? Have you ever seen it die?

i have never heard of it, but i will download it and get back to you. are you running 10.4.8?if you don't allow email....then what is up with this? how longdo you let it "sleep" for? i imagine when my computer is asleep it doesn't matter?...let me know!!!

My flappie died once. I don't know why. I was taking ok care of him. Anyway, a tombstone appeared in the flappie window. It was sad. I'm dying to know what happens when he evolves, though, so I'm giving it another go.

I've had my flappy since early January. So I've had it about a month. It's never died, but it's never evolved either. It did ask me if I wanted to upgrade to a newer version of flappy once, so I did -but I don't know if that changed anything. My day and night display is wrong. I don't understand what the population means either.
