...info to online stores & adserving? I am reviewing information about the evolution of new media and list brokers in the overall ecosystem.

What I would like to know is whether list brokers sell individual information (rather than a full list), catered for online service providers or adserving companies?

I think they sell hole lists. If you have thousands of customers you can sell their information to a big company. They are not interested in one special customer, they want as many as possible, that is the reason why they only pay for lists.

I too think so. They never want to have on particular person's but a whole group and see to it that the list of people you have, have something to do with the company. May be interest, place etc.
