Default Another question

Hi,

Can something be done about automatic ads screwing with my text files??? It messed up my sitemap.txt and robots.txt for Google. The sitemap has strange characters in it, and robots.txt has the HTML to deal with, while no strange characters. I see no reason why a filter couldn't be placed over textfiles, or just on robots.txt or such as no one views them. I think part of the sitemap.txt problem is that Google requires it be UTF-8 encoding.

Thanks,
Tim

Default Auto ADs

I think automatic ADs have been removed since there is some text saying "This is the header ad..." I put in the AD code, now how do I get rid of that text? Is it an automatic thing? Also, I'd guess its not against any rules I missed to use a PHP include to add the code to every page?

We have fixed the auto ad issue on our server. If you wish to have auto ads removed, please submit a request and we will remove auto ads on your site.

Please keep in mind that you are required to place our ad code and footer code on all pages of your site after the auto ads are removed.

I don't want them removed, but they are still changing the text file. If it can't be fixed then I will get them removed, but I'd first like to know if theres something I can do/can be done to auto-ads. Thanks for your reply.

In you case you will have to get auto ads removed because our script will automatically add the ad code to every page that is called using your browser.
