had too many http request

hi John!

I cannot enter to my website since today:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Neither from FTP or cpanel

I already sent a ticket and they told me this:
"We have currently suspended your website as it was taking too much http load. We are monitoring the server. the php page
/home/solodvd/public_html/craftysyntax/onlineoff.php
had too many http request and due to this the server was loaded and performance was downgraded."

Why did this happen?

your script needs to be upgraded and fixed. Please make sure you are using latest version of the script and they are fully secure. We give our clients the option to run scripts but in return we expect all our clients to have stable scripts that will not cause load or attract hackers.
