Unable to access emails from any accounts!

Hi,

Ever since the 'Big Crash' a while ago with the server I haven't been able to access any emails. I did have access for 1 day when it came back up but all my emails were missing and my sub-folders within my emails were missing as well. I now cannot access Horde, Squirrell or the new RoundCube.
Can this be investigated please??

Any help by anyone would be very much appreciated.

I have similar issues at the moment, but the profusehost.net staff is going to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Please try resetting the password for your email accounts and see if they work afterwards.

We had the same problem but that was fixed by simply resetting the password in site control panel.

You can access your control panel - profusehost.net/cpanel or yourdomain.com/cpanel

Go to "email accounts" and look for "change password" option under functions.

If you are still unable to access your emails, please submit a ticket with your domain, username, login information for your email address and we will look into it.
