Can I please change my package to "Post for Host?"

Right now I have the free host with ads package. Would it be possible to change my package to post for host?

My domain is Home .

John, with all due respect, how long does the package change normally take? You mentioned 24-48 hours but it's been 5 days now and I've heard nothing back regarding the ticket I submitted.
