About banner

Hi I am a new user here.
I would like to install joomla software in this hosting.
but some on the another hosting that the banner image in banners folder does n't work. there are image files in the banners folder, but the image does n't publish, when in a thumbnail view, the image also does n't publish.

but in another folder it does n't matter and normal. when I try install on localhost,Also it is normal.

some of people say that there is GD library must be activated by hosting server ?

Does profusehost support GD library or not ?, Or may be any other explanation for my problem ? (may be I am wrong)

GD library is active on our servers. Are you having problem creating thumbnails or just having problem displaying images? If it's something that's related to our server, please submit a ticket and our techs will look into it. Otherwise, please contact Joomla support if its Joomla related issue. thanks
