403 Forbidden error

Hi,

Whilst trying to upload my site from another server, i think i went a little wrong somewhere and have screwed up my account. My site (http://ld-online-emporium.profusehost.net/) is now showing the following error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I made the noobish mistake of not backing up before i started, otherwise i wouldn't have a problem, i would just restore the account myself.

Would you be able to clear my account and restore it as new.

Please check to make sure you either have index.html, index.htm, or index.php file in the main folder. Also, check the file .htaccess and check the settings in that file. For security reasons, the server will prevent directly listing of folders and show forbidden error when unable to find index file.

Only way to reset the account is by deleting it and approving it all over again. If you wish to do that, please submit a ticket asking for cancellation of your account. Once your account is cancelled, you can submit another application and wait for approval.
