couldn't extract file

I would like to extract my new compressed joomla file. but there is an error on it.
I never know it...,

what happen and what should I do ?. How Could I extract file ?

if you need to uncompress a file, please do that on your computer and upload the file using ftp. If you are trying to install Joomla components or modules that are in zip file, please submit a ticket with proper details such as -

- domain
- url of the error
- any special steps that our techs might need to take
- any login information
