Account suspended! (peccavi.profusehost.net)

I would like to know why my account (peccavi.profusehost.net) has been suspended. I use two different hosts (Profuse and AwardSpace). One of our main services (ThePeccavi Free FMEWS) is run completely on Profuse! I use profuse for:
> Free Form Mail, Email and Webmail (free FMEWS)
> Downloads

If you would prefer, I could, instead of directly linking to downloads, link to a page (hosted by Profuse) which would then, in turn, link to the downloads.

Would this be OK?

If this is because there are a lot of files that are old, unused and wasting space, it is because I cannot delete them! there are so many folders that i would like to delete, but i can only delete a few files a day it seems, so i can't be bothered to go in every day and delete one lowest-level folder every day! I have checked my FTP quota and it is set to "unlimited"! I have also tried using the file manager in cPanel to do this. It just doesn't work!

you are not allowed to use our service for downloads (file hosting) and just for email. You can either use our service for your main site or you can submit a cancellation email.

I would have my main site here, but I have had problems with your cPanel! When I have asked you for support, you have not helped in the slightest! I am now moving this part of my site to <<link removed>>

Please could you un-suspend my account so that I can download my files.
