I actually hope that it is not true that life actually existed there. If it did, the major reason NASA had hidden it was because of people like me who get easily scared of the unknown

Well, drixie, you really have to wonder how reliable the source is. I have my doubts about that because NASA isn't trying to cover up life on Mars, it is basically the exact opposite. NASA was looking for any simple, little sign of life on mars like water, bacteria, fossils of previous life ect.

NASA didn't say that there was no life on mars.......it says that now there isn't.Actually it's believed that mars was somewhat like earth 2 billion years ago but the atmosphere gradually disappeared because it's a small planet and the gravity wasn't enough too keep it there.And as for now there are some weird artifacts and things resembling structures but most of them are just imagination gone wild(i saw some of the pictures of so called buildings).But there still remain some that could be evidence of an intelligent civilization that once inhabited Mars.

Honestly, it would be awesome if there was life on a different planet. Yes, it's pretty amazing and somewhat scary when I thing about it, but how awesome it would be to share all the knowledge between both civilizations.

Even if NASA is covering something up in order to make people remain calm , there will be a time when somebody will know for sure whether or not there is life on Mars or on any other planet.

I also don't trust this book, how do you really know that NASA IS covering something up. I bet this book is just of the sake of selling it, because people are interested in this kind of topics and are willing to buy it.

yea i think it would be awesome to have life elsewhere maybe have worlds live together maybe easier space travel technology would be awesome haha but yea it would be awesome yet scary if they are a hostile civilization

well i beleive there is life on other planets ... would explain ufo's
anyways there is probably life on one of the water bearing planets, and we choose to beleive that there isn't because the atmosphere is so much different from ours and they think there is no possible way anything could live in those conditions.... think we evolved to breathe oxygen... anything could evolve to breathe nitrogen or chlorine lol
either way it goes... we could figure out a way to get mars back to earthlike status

Actually Life Doesnot Exist otherthan earth - they have not found any 100% solid proof. Not even the NASA or Any space agency around the world.

There are 1000s of theories stating that there MIGHT BE LIFE - but actually there isn;t -- signs of water or ice may be there but Life - NEVER

I'm a Treckie and I love the movies about space travel and life. I find it hard to believe that in a universe so big that man has no idea how big it is that there is not life anywhere else. I have to think that we have been visited by intelligent life forms but because they are (intelligent) they did not reveal themselfs to us barbarians. Look we have been cohabitating with another world (the spirit world) as long as we have existed and few men even acknowledge that, after all we can not prove it! I know God exists just by the world and the universe around us but many refuse to accept his creation as "proof".

It has been proven that there is no life on Mars at all. For one very obvious reason: there is not atmosphere. And other then that there are dozens of other arguments.

Jace, no where in my statement do I indicate that I believe there is life on Mars. Re-read the statement, I simply say that in a Universe so large that scientists don't even know where it ends it would be foolish to think that we are alone. Also the vast majorty of people on Earth believe in some form of a God and all faiths that I'm familiar with believe that God to be a spirit. I do not know if you believe in a God Jace but if you do could you prove his existance here on Earth? The God I worship, The living Triune Christian God is alive and very active on Earth, many respected scientists belive in Him, and although the proof of intelligent design is all around us no one can "prove" he exists here on Earth. To think man is alone on Earth is foolish vanity.
