 Verizon Wireless Replacement? Ok. So for the past month I have had so much trouble with Verizon. I had the LG VX8500 Mint green phone and it was find until about a month ago. The light would not go off and it was really slow. After three replacements doing the same thing I told Verizon that was enough. They said we can give you a New Chocolate VX8550 blue for free. I said thank you. I got it on Wednesday and everything is fine except I notice that the water damage sign is purple which means it was wet. But I just got it. What can I do? I am so tired of Verizon cheating people out of money. What do you suggest I do? The light stays on but the background is black after I send text messages.  |
