cell phone trade?

I have a verizon cell phone and i heard somewhere that if you have a cell for a certain amount of time, you can get a new one for free or something, like a trade??

and what do these trade for? how does this effective and gives incentive to the provider? i dont think this is a great idea! heeheh

only time i think you can get a new phone is when your contract is over with verizon wireless and you sign a new contract. If you do that, you might get some kind of deal. Also, try visiting your local verizon store and see if they can help you out.
