Why is it that on my samsung phone every time i press a button , turn the little wheel thing that the backlight changes ? What do i do ?

Changes color or what? You can go to your general settings and control how long or if it should come on at all. For instructions see your manual or go to samsung online and they should have a guidebook! Best of Luck!
