supreme commander FA isent working on my computer?

i just got this latop and i checked on canyourunit.com to make sure that the laptop could run it. but when i play any game it dosent show the units or the buildings, i can select things and build but i can only see the terrain and menu stuff i can see bullits and things like that. please help me

it might be software error or it might be hardware error. first you check out the error from your software vendor. if still the problem is there then check it out with your hardware / laptop vendor and ask for service.
