But can some body help how do i set a conversion goal....

log into your account and click on goals. It will then say something about setting up new goals and help on how to do it. Click on that button.

Follow the screen that pop up and go through the instructions displayed on the page to set up the goals.

It is relatively simple you just need to read the instructions and follow the steps Google has laid out for creating your goals.
