This section is for Ping and Tracert results to our server. If you are experiencing very slow speed or receiving messages "site cannot be found" etc. Please do the following:

1. Start > run > type "cmd" > tracert profusehost.net
2. Copy the results and paste it here. Please make sure to remove your IP address from the results.
3. Also, please note the time it happened and make sure it is in PST8PTD format. You can convert the time using the following link - http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc
4. Also, please mention any url that you might see at the bottom of your browser. For example - "trying to connect to ads2.psychz.net etc".

In the cmd type, right click > mark > highlight the area > control + c > paste it using control + v.

Are you still getting the same results when you do the tracert. Also, please check your firewall because even if our server was down, you should be able to see the results from your own ISP but in your results everything timed out.

You need to make sure your router or your modem is working properly. I personally never encountered that error but I highly recommend calling your ISP. Its either your router, modem or your ethernet card. That's probably the reasons you are having a hard time logging into cpanel.
