Default Always heard that nutrition has a part in the...

...size of the boobs?? What should I eat to get really nice boobs or at least try to make them grow a little bit more, or what kind of hormones have to be stimulated for their size to increase?this issue has really affected my self estim, I can't even dress like I wwould like to because most of the top in fashion today are designed to put show off the curves.

This is not true. The breasts are mostly made up of fatty tissue so nutrition is not really a factor.

The natural size of your breasts are purely based on genetics.

This answer will probably make you laugh but it WORKS for enlarging the breasts:Take Saw Palmetto Supplements. Available at both health food stores AND regular supermarkets. It's mostly used to help shrink enlarged prostates in men, butstudies have shown it ALSO enlarges breasts...I wish you luck.....

Female estrogen levels have a great deal to do with the size of a woman's breasts (please note that pregnant women's breasts get larger during the last trimester of pregnancy in expectation of the mother breast-feeding her child). In order to tone the breasts, I suggest lifting weights - not a lot of weight - no more than 15 or 20 lbs. Have the PE teacher at school show you which weight exercises to do.

Just drink milk instead of pop. Studies have indicated thatcows are given hormones to improve milk production andthat is passed on in the milk. The study also indicated thatteen's are developing breasts at an earlier age than normalbecause of it. The study did not though, indicate whether this affected baby's being breast fed even though the mother maydrinking milk.Checking with your doctor also may be helpful. This is more than you asked for, but it may save you manyquestions later since more mothers are breast feeding.
