Default How can I find out the number of calories in a salad if there is no nutrition label?

there is not a nutrition label? I purchased a Super Chef Salad Light form a vending machine at work (CL Swanson - "Better -4-You") at it doesn't have the nutritional information on it. Anyone know how I can figure out what that is? I already checked their website and came up with nada. Thanks!Salad Details:10.25 ozIceberg lettuce, cooked hame, boiled eg, red cabbage, tomato, romaine lettuce, imitation cheddar cheese, carrots

You can look up all those things on an online calorie tracker. I use the one at www.mypyramid.gov but you can also use the one at www.sparkpeople.com

Because of the ham, egg, and cheese there's probably a ton of calories in that sald. Combined with the salad dressing, it's probably pushing 300 calories or more.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.goodlwizard.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
