goalkeeper fitness/nutrition?

Does anyone know of a fitness and/or nutrition regime a soccer goalkeeper can follow to produce the best results ??

you need to be willing to get hurt, you need to be able to move quickly, you shoul dhave some meat on your bones it helps for the collisions, and train alot
