| Well, for weight loss all I can suggest is watching what you eat to make sure you're getting all the right amount of nutrients you need without eating a ton of calories and do some aerobic exercises to burn off calories. I'd suggest swimming above anything else because it is an amazing workout. If you're not into swimming then running a couple miles every day can do wonders. With that said if you are just starting high school theres not a huge rush to lose weight because you are still young and have plenty of time, just take things slow. Weight loss isn't a one time diet or exercise plan you do, is something that has to be a lifestyle change. Changing from eating unhealthy food and not exercise to healthy food and regular exercise. |
