| Is it over training if I workout twice a day, once in the morning and once at night? Do like biceps/back in the morning and chest/triceps at night and Legs/shoulders next day or is it best to workout these muscle groups over three days? |

| It depends on what exactly the exercises you are doing and how much weight you are applying with each exercise. Generally speaking you want to give a muscle group a day to rest after working it and it appears you are doing that. |

| yeah it depends on your reps and how long our body could take the training if you get exhausted quick you should slow down or try practicing to continue the pace if you feel that anything in your body is changing. |
