weights are over rated. Weight training is muscle specific. Try doing push ups, crunches etc. Look up a military trainng routine. It will make you rock hard and sexy. I recently bought these push up handles called the "Perfect Push Up" It has done wonders for my upper body. only 40 bucks before shipping and in 5 weeks I have finally got that bruce lee look. You dont need to be big to be bad. Cardio needs to be done also to get that toned look. Buy a nice jump rope, it is by far the best cardio on the planet, 10min of jump rope = about 30min of Running or jogging.but work your way up, start with a nice brisk walk to get your legs into it. Of course, you need to eat alot of protein, good carbs, and yes fat. Good fat though. Omega fish oils are a good supplament. Flax seed oil is good also. If your slim now, you will have no problem getting cut fast. Ive heard this saying for ever but it really is true "Pain is weakness leaving the body". Go all out when working out, especially when doing non weight training.. Weight training is were you can hurt yourself. And dont expect instant results. Do it for 6 weeks for a nice result minimum. But I cant stress enough that when you do work out, dont be a slacker. It amazes me that every one of my friends that asks me, "Ive worked out for 2 months but I dont see any gains" and then I go work out with them and see the pathetic amount of effort they put in. Its determination and nothing else. Every single person can be cut/ripped/huge, but they just dont want to work for it.
