that is impossible to achieve. You have to give out the password if you want people to read your emails. However, you can have a custom scripting done that will connect to your inbox and retrieve the emails and post them on your website.

That is a very difficult task to script something like that. You could just post all your emails on the site manually and hopefully that will save you alot of trouble.

The best way to do it is manually, or find a email script that can sent each mail to mysql and then just use the display from, limit by, and order by code. (php)

If you use joomla, then there is an extension called cpanel mail that connects your squirrel,horde, and roundcube mail and you can import your mail to your website as a module ..

You could set up or allow users to sign up to a newsletter type situation where you use something like yahoo groups www.yahoo.com or you could allow users to add the email account to something like outlook. Although if you don't want them taking all the emails off the server you would have to figure out a way of restricting access to that. I reckon your best bet is to start up an automatic forwarder to email all messages to people of your choice otherwise you could set up an automatic system that emails your users the emails you want. Their email addresses could be maintained through a sql database and a form on your website with coding to back it up and automatically update information..

If you don't have enough time to research or set up an automatic system to di it you may have to make a work around or alternatively do it manually.

although using e-mail address for communicate to your clients is a primordial issue in your marketing, but you can't filter the incoming e-mails by putting e-mail address of every client to give his/er e-mail entering to your inbox.

don't forget to enable these minimum applications in order to prevent spam mails:

of course not all hosting provide you this feature, but if you can see it in your cpanel: just click on it and enable.

To simply have the server DELETE and NOT deliver emails that are tagged as spam by SpamAssassin, you have to enable this function in cpanel if this application exists and provided by your hosting company. there is of course this possibility that the program detects some autoreply e-mails from the servers as a spam e-mail and delete them,
there are some bugs in this program that in future must be better than now,
think about the registration process in profusehost, if you gave an email address from yahoo, you should find all profusehost's mails in spam folder of yahoo mail.
I PREFER TO GET ALL EMAILS IN SPAM FOLDER THAN DELETING WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

in the last message you could see the way you may get the possibility to assassin the spam e-mails, but the issue is that this program does sometimes mistake and you lost other auto-respond e-mails.

one solution may be enabling Spam Box in cpanel. (if your hosting company provides it for you)
here is the short explanation of spam assassin with spam box together:

The spam box allows emails identified as spam by SpamAssassin to be delivered to a separate mail folder named "spam". If this folder is not regularly checked and emptied, it may cause your email or file system quotas to be exceeded, resulting in a failure to receive legitimate messages. You can easily use IMAP or Horde/IMP to check messages that are routed to this box. If you wish to use pop3 to check the spam box, just add "/spam" (without the quotes) to the end of your pop3 login. (Example: user@domain.tld/spam)

This feature's use is generally discouraged in favor of sorting and deleting spam messages using your mail client. Without Spam Box you can configure SpamAssassin to mark your email with an identifying subject (e.g. ***SPAM***), which can then be filtered out into an appropriate location.

my suggestion: if you have the possibility to have these features on yur host, enable all tw features.
