SPAM and Virus protection

We recently made few changed to the way Spam is handled on our servers and I highly recommend that you log into your "Site Control Panel" and read the help section to understand how the new feature works.

1. Access Your Cpanel at http://youdomin.com/cpanel or http://subdomain.profusehost.net/cpanel
2. Click on Mail and look for "mail and antivirus protection"
3. Now click on the "help" icon.

You can analyze the log pages from Control Panel and can report false positives . Also, If you want, you can disable the filter per domain/subdomain. If you continue to encounter problems with your email, you can disable all filters and re-enable them when required.

Also, all clients are now required to enable SMTP authentication on their email client or script for outgoing emails. You will not be allowed to send out emails if you don't enable SMTP authentication.

Please search Google using the following keywords - "how to set smtp auth on outlook 6". Replace "outlook 6" with the email program you are using on your computer.

Also, you can report good email that are marked as spam by simply replying to the sender , or forwarding the email to assp-white@yourdomain.com or assp-white@subdomain.profusehost.net
