Site Builder can be accessed by logging into the control panel and clicking on "RVsitebuilder".

I cannot find Site Builder on my control panel. I had it bookmarked and now it says the website cannot be found.

sorry we no longer provide site builder for free Web Hosting clients. there is very little demand for the site builder and that's why we decided to not renew the license for it.
