| That is right in general terms, but if you find a reason why it is very important to you to have remote access to your database, then you can request an ssh access in the official support section and then tunnel an connection through your mysql database using the ssh port. But remember this is no official solution, this is only for those of you who can not live without. If you are lucky the official support staff gives ssh access to you, but for security reasons this feature is deactivated in the beginning and will be deactivated if the support staff notices any kind of abuse, hacking or what so ever.
