i want to create a game website for people to play mini game on, and i was
wondering weather or not a 100,000 MB Data Transfer is enough.

Yeah 100 Gb is enough but I don't think profuse host allows game sites. i think, for 20,000 uniques a month, you will probably need 15-20 Gb a month only.

according to how i understand the rules, you can host a gaming site but it should not be the main focus o f your site. you should have other content as well. 100gb should be enough for you. when you get users that use that much bandwidth, you should be making enough money to think of paid hosting unless you dont want to run ads on the game site.
