I highly recommend http://www.ccleaner.com/

It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

my toolbar does it... want it? its good for MRU, temp, cookies, browser history, and stays in the background not annoying you. It's completly safe, I made it and use it myself. Its got a small button that says clean tracks and does just that. Dont like it? Its also easy to get rid of. :P

I like Advanced Windows Care. Not only will it clean your cookies and such, but it cleans up spyware, immunizes your system against spyware, cleans your registry, and other meanial tasks like that. Plus the free version is just as good as pro.

hate to tell you but... advanced windows care doesnt clean cookies, spyware, immunize your system or clean your registry (which could get ugly). all it does is set programs priorities over other programs to make your computer run better for one thing (gaming, graphic manipulating, daily use, office ect.) and clean up your swap files. If it "cleaned your registry" your computer would be extreamly messed up. I have advanced windows care and i beleive i already posted a little something about it in "clean 100mb easily"
